Numeric inputs should be able to specify minimum and maximum acceptable values

Axiom / SQLite can't handle integers above 9223372036854775807L or below -9223372036854775808L; this places magnitude restrictions on any integer attributes, as well as attributes based on integers (such as the pointNdecimal family). Numeric inputs should be able to limit user input to this range.
