Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
when Google Chrome displays a alert box, which exceeds the size of the screen (although it will show it from top to bottom, and not further), compiz will crash and fallback to the default window manager. The alertbox is filled with a large exception text which contains also allot of xml. This is reproducable in many situations.

This is intentional, Chrome tried to display a window larger than your graphics hardware can handle so the choices are to draw a solid white window you can't interact with or have compiz launch metacity so you continue having a usable system.
Compiz 0.9+ will solve this automatically by splitting the window into multiple textures but until then this is an intentional decision, not a crash, and thus I've closed it Won't Fix.
