Wireless Network Connection Does Not Auto Resume After Hibernate

Bug Description

When using latest Maverick release the wireless connection will not auto resume, I have to use right click context menu to disable then re-enable networking.

Suspend works fine, this is a problem after hibernating only.

Seems to be fixed with clean install of Lucid then upgrading to latest patched Maverick.
