Missing masked bitmap patterns in EPS export

Follow-up report to bug #537457 “crash when exporting imported pdf to eps (if text to path)”:

The SVG file has bitmap images embedded as masked bitmap pattern which fail to export to EPS. Converting the pattern to object keeps the bitmap masked and exports (though with incorrect masking) to EPS.

reproduced with Inkscape r9607 (trunk) on OS X 10.5.8
