double encoded message text in SMS message panel

Binary package hint: gnokii

Cyrillic SMS in 'list' area is properly shown. It can be properly saved to file (in UTF-8).
But in an SMS 'properties' area it is shown in UTF-8 interpreted as Latin.

Bug was caused by the use of a buggy text widget.
