Search should use AND by default

It's not really a bug, a wish:
I love qBittorrent for all its functions and i love the search function, also.
Anyway, when you search a phrase: "word1 word2 word3", it should show only results that contains word1 AND word2 AND word3 by default, it should not show results containing only one of these words. All main apps do that by default.
Example:
I search "word1 word2 word3", "bla word1 aa word3 word3" is a valid result, "ASDFAS word2 word1" is not!

Disabling torrentdownloads.net fixes the problem. It's the only site in the default list using OR.

Yes, unfortunately torrentdownloads.net seems to use OR as a default and I could not find a web to force it to use AND.

I could however achieve the correct behavior within qBittorrent by filtering (again) the results returned by torrentdownloads.net and by making sure only AND results are displayed.

This should be fixed in SVN now, thanks!
