Please sync dssi 0.9.1-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
> * liblo transition (LP: #517416).
> * No-change rebuild for jack transition.
> * Rebuild for liblo0 -> liblo0ldbl transition.
> * Update maintainer field as per spec.
No real changes, can be ignored.

> * debian/patches/01_include-stdlib-h.dpatch: Include stdlib.h in
> examples/trivial_sampler_qt_gui.cpp so that malloc can be
> correctly made use of.
Fixed in 0.9.1-3.

  * Build fix for gcc-4.3 from Martin Michlmayr. Closes: #417162.
