Bug Description
U+201F DOUBLE HIGH-REVERSED-9 QUOTATION MARK ‟ is not present in the Ubuntu font.
This means it usually falls back to another font, making it appear in a different style from the other quote characters. “”„

We can't reproduce this bug in the latest version. I am going to mark this bug as Fix Released but will be happy to revisit with an appropriate screenshot.
