[gm45] The windows buttons (close, maximize, minimize) doesnt show up in any window (doesnt happen every boot)

I have Ubunto 10.4 on Dell Studio 1537.
Usually it works fine, but sometimes when I boot the computer I get no top window bar with the buttons.
On next boot it goes back to being normal again...

I don't believe this to be a driver bug - at least not in the current drivers!
