Bug Description
The manual mentions "Expand All Subheads", and it is implemented in leoCommands.py, but it is not present in leoEditCommands.py, and is thus unavailable except in python scripts. If this was intended, I'll remove it from the manual; if not, I'll add it to leoEditCommands.py.
