Bluetooth not working

Bug Description

since ubuntu 10.04, bluetooth isn't working properly. sometimes, when i start the computer, the bluetooth-symbol in the panel is good to see and working, i can connect with mobile phones. other times, the symbol is thin, grey and not working – i can't access to my phones. after shut down the pc and start again, it usually works.

This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. In addition:
* Does clicking on the grey bluetooth symbol and then clicking on "Turn on Bluetooth" fixes the problem?
* Please run the command "apport-collect 603993" (without the quotes) to get more information about this bug.
