Bluetooth not working

Bug Description
since ubuntu 10.04, bluetooth isn't working properly. sometimes, when i start the computer, the bluetooth-symbol in the panel is good to see and working, i can connect with mobile phones. other times, the symbol is thin, grey and not working – i can't access to my phones. after shut down the pc and start again, it usually works.
