Given that the Ubuntu version of Firefox differs from the Mozilla version, sending Ubuntu users to the Mozilla help page will likely confuse users, and irritate Mozilla in the process as the Ubuntu users will not likely identify that they are running a distro modified version of Firefox.

The existing link provides a way to allow users to access online documentation to help them use Firefox. Interactive support is provided by the "Get Help Online" menu entry, which already links to https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+sources/firefox/+gethelp
