This was a case of a misconfigured system, nothing more:

SystemError: E:Malformed line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu-tweak-stable.list (dist parse), E:The list of sources could not be read.

We just reported it with an exception, so there's really nothing to be done here.
