Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

I have added "empathy -h" into my Startup Applications list so Empathy is always running when I login. The -h used to force it to load without showing the window, but it is now showing the window on login - which is annoying.

I am running 10.10 i386.

Is there anything else I can provide to help debug this?

I confirm, the bug still exists in Empathy-2.32.0-0ubuntu2.
As a workaround, you can create a script which sleeps for 10s then launches empathy -h like this:
sh -c "sleep 10 && (empathy -h &)
