Hi
on a field i add a help tooltip in the field declaration in the py file (ex many2many).
on the xml file i add on this field nolabel="1", this behaviour never display the tooltip on mouse over

Hi,
I would say that tooltip always gets displayed on a text or label.
In case of openERP,we have a label which can show the name of the field,mouse over on which, one can see tooltip.
When you disable the label on form, you would never see help.
Its not a fine idea that we display tooltip on fields.
