Bug Description
Update: not exactly nonzero-template related. I tested it using Custom where there is an option to customize template settings. The error shows up as well.
So pushing the bug up.
Encountered/tested on: r7502; r7503

In the Blog Settings -> Template menu for nonzero template, when saving the settings for the template, it is not saving.
The error:
Notice: Undefined variable: edited_Template in /qp/inc/
Fatal error: Call to a member function load_params_
