Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

When using FileZilla to edit a file, I get a "file has changed" dialog stealing focus once FileZilla has noticed that I have edited the file. With compiz, both the dialog and the main FileZilla window are in the foreground, above the editor. With metacity, just the dialog steals focus.

The expected behavior in this situation is that the dialogue box would be hidden under the editor until I have switched back to FileZilla.

I am using FileZilla 3.3.1 on Ubuntu 10.04 though the same issue occurred on 9.10. I am running compiz version 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15 and metacity version 1:2.30.1-0ubuntu1.
