Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. However, a paper cut is a small usability issue in default or featured applications that is present in the Ubuntu release that is currently under development. As I cannot confirm this bug in Natty I am marking this as Invalid for the One Hundred Paper Cuts project.
If you can still confirm this bug in Maverick, please let us know. Then I'll open a task against the package to fix this issue in Maverick, and we can try to get the issue fixed outside the One Hundred Paper Cuts project.
