pygobject_register_sinkfunc is depreciated

Bug Description
Binary package hint: guake
I'm not certain if this is a guake issue, or if it's in another package, but I'm trying guake under the Maverick Ubuntu Netbook Remix. When I run guake from the command line (as there doesn't seem to be any way to do Alt+F2 on this version, but that's a separate bug), I get the following errors:

I have the same errors starting up update manager from the command line:
$ sudo update-manager register_ sinkfunc is deprecated (GtkWindow) register_ sinkfunc is deprecated (GtkInvisible) register_ sinkfunc is deprecated (GtkObject)

So perhaps it is not a guake issue but a more general bug on deprecated (Python) functions/code. I must say the warnings did not seem to affect the functioning of the update manager.
