No notification for new mail in Gmail labels

The problem is that I get notification from CloudSN only for Gmail Inbox. It does not show new, unread messages, when they are archived and labeled by Gmail filter.
I use filters to direct new mail to proper Gmail label. I don't want everything in 'Inbox'. For example, when I get an e-mail from my bank, Gmail filter labels it as 'mbank' and archives it so it does not appear in inbox but I have indication in Gmail ('mbank' label changes to bold and number of new messages is displayed).

Some other tools show new mail even when archived and labeled (Chrome extension - Google Mail Checker Plus, Firefox extension - Gmail manager).

Can you test the last version of cloudsn (>=0.5.20) ? I think I fixed a problem with labels some versions ago

Hmmmm I've tested it and works fine. If you can write a workarround reopen it.
