Set up Piwik on 503

Sam is going to clean up Paul's old DEV box so we can use it to process OL analytics.

The first thing we want to try is to install piwik.org, and put HS in the footer template to measure hits on the site. There's a chance it may not scale, in which case, we should look for alternatives.

It would also be interesting to see what we can expose for general public consumption in the realm of stats.

Sam - Do you want to go ahead and install piwik on 503? Or, leave that to Ariel?

Well, for the moment we don't have any clear way to rebuild - fresh - an ol node .. so just go with it as is.
I have given ariel sudo on that machine, so he is free to try. If he doesn't get to it in the next couple of days I will happily join the fray.

Ops is gonna figure out how to erase a machine and provision it to be a 'clean slate' soon
but i don't think we should wait for that to happen.

Put any data you want to keep in /1 to keep things easy for when we figure out how to clean-slate the host.
