factory reset networking settings

Bug Description

could you please expose an easy way on the GUI to "factory reset" the network settings to its defaults coming e.g. with a live cd?

the descriptions which show up on google searching for "factory reset networking ubuntu" seem quite adventurous, complicated or not mentioning all the concerned files one has to consider:
