booting installation cd hags

Bug Description

When traying to do a fresh install the installation cd, md5 checked, and downloaded three times, just in case, stucks and after some time it keeps saying:

BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 61s! [events/0:6]

My CPU is a AMD Athlon64
Chipset and Video Card nvidia

Hi, here is a photograph with debug=, I could not get the info, the system really hangs, failed also with the usb stick.
