apt-cache policy flashplugin-installer flashplugin-nonfree swfdec-mozilla mozilla-plugin-gnash adobe-flashplugin

This will let us know what flash players you have installed so that we can better diagnose your issue. Thank you.

You have Flash 9 and Flash 10 installed. Please remove flashplugin-nonfree.

You seem to have 2 flash players installed which may be causing the issue. You could try removing swfdec-mozilla if you'd like to keep the Adobe flash player.
