The apache logs, which we need to run reports to show our traffic are
not being backed up on parrot/production server.

In the past, we've lost logs when the server goes belly up

adding rysnc cmd to mvhub-cron

 /var/www/mvhub/from to /var/backups/mvhub/log

mounting /var/backups/ from bambi would be good as well
