Bug Description
I use mouse keys. When I remove my USB keyboard and plug it back in, mouse keys stops working for that keyboard. It can be reactivated by opening the mouse keys dialog box and unchecking and rechecking the dialog box. It can also be reactivated by running "xkbset m" (which is a command line tool found in the xkbset package).
This problem is per-keyboard. I can have two working keyboards plugged in, remove one and reinsert it, and mouse keys continues to work, but only for the other keyboard that was never removed.
I have a good reason to regularly do the equivalent of unplugging my keyboard, because I use a KVM.
I am running an up-to-date Lucid machine.
