While tryng to report about Xorg this crashed. Xorg crash told its not ubuntu package so Xorg crash didnt finish reporting..

Thank you for reporting this issue. Did you restart the computer after xorg crashed? xorg crashing will cause many other issues.

no i just logged in again. so that should be making all programms open
freshly new without glitches. but maybe somewhere else was problem if
this crash happened while only having open apport and FF but this
xfce4-panel crashes ive experienced about 10

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Natty Narwhal. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Xubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ .

The panel code and all plugins have been re-written for Xfce4.8, which is included in Natty Narwhal.

Probably fixed in Xfce 4.8, and if it is not, it'll need a fresh bug report (and stacktrace) as the panel has been rewritten.
