Thanks for this new translation!
Initial support (po file and preferences) for Telugu (te_IN) added in revision 9581 (Win 32 packaging not updated yet).
I've modified your email address format in the "translator-credit" string (replaced <> with ()) because it led to a parsing error. Don't forget to run the check-markup script (in po/) before sending a new file to detect any markup error.
