Bug Description

I had an old version of Alarm-Clock, I install the new version 1.4.1 whit Ubuntu support, but I have the RGBA support enabled, and the program thoes not work, I run it from CLI (Comand Line Interface) and this was the ouput:

progname=alarm-clock; RGBA=on

(alarm-clock:6537): Unique-DBus-WARNING **: Error while sending message: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

I add the aplication to .profile file in my home folder:

export GTK_MODULES=rgba
export GTK_RGBA_APPS=allbut:firefox-bin:gnome-mplayer:totem:soffice:alarm-clock

And neither work.

Alarm Clock doesn't use RGBA at all... the DBUS warning tells that DBus is unable to send notification to Alarm-Clock - which usually means that you are trying to run the app as root from normal user acconut.
