wlan key unencrypted in system-wide readable file

Bug Description

if a wireless connection with encryption is configured, the file /etc/network/interfaces contains an unencrypted version of the wireless-key, while this file is readable by all users

When g-s-t adds a key to this file, perhaps it should change the permissions
