Firefox 3.6.6
GNOME
Firefox had a crash with Adobe flashplayer and locked up. During that lock up, there was no access at all to either panel. No apps were accessible; it was not possible to use the CL or the Force Quit launcher or to access any apps from the lower panel.

Should add: after FF recovered, all was well and normal.
