Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-application

I'm currently coding for an app that uses the indicator ( http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2010/06/weather-indicator-applet-genesis-of.html )

The problem is that when I add a table menu to the indicator, the table menu is totally broken, and everything is displayed with a 1-column view.
(a table menu is made by doing : mymenu.attach(mymenuitem,0,1,0,1) for example, instead of mymenu.append(mymenuitem)
Please check the attachment to see what I want to achieve. I think it wouldn't be that difficult to bring table menus support.

The application we're coding is a blueprint for maverick as the weather function will disappear.

Some help would be appreciated ;-)

Thanks guys

We definitely want to get these in dbusmenu for Maverick. Then we can pass them up the stack to indicator-application.

Adding a task for DBus Menu as that is where most of the changes will have to be made. Leaving the Application Indicators task around because some changes will probably be necessary there to watch updates of the tables as well.

Since this was changed to Fix Committed, I'm guessing it is fixed and should be moved to Fix Released as well.
