Drag 'n drop library items to regular Mixxx playlists does not work on Windows

This bug can only be reproduced on Windows, On Ubuntu it works fine!

You cannot add a track item in library view to a playlist or auto dj playlist. Moreover, you cannot add a track item from a playlist to auto dj.

Maybe a QT 4.6x vs 4.5.3 issue.

Any chance you can test with Qt 4.6 in Windows and let me know if it changes?

Compiled current trunk r2455 against QT 4.6.3 on Windows and the problems are still there

I thiiiiiiiiink I just fixed this in the 1.8 branch, but I need both Tobias to test on Windows if the problem is gone and someone to make sure I didn't break drag and drop on Ubuntu.... :)

I tested the following on ubuntu:

  Library -> Playlist
  Library -> Crate
  Playlist -> Playlist
  Playlist -> Crate
  Crate -> Playlist
  Crate -> Crate

All fine on Ubuntu 10.04 at least.

  Library -> Playlist
  Library -> Crate
  Playlist -> Playlist
  Playlist -> Crate
  Crate -> Playlist
  Crate -> Crate

But library -> AutoDJ, playlist-> autodj and crate -> autodj is still broken
