Bug Description
LottaNZB's UI should not wait for SABnzbd to be shut down completely. Instead LottaNZB should either be shut down without waiting, or simply hide the UI from the user while waiting.

In the latest code, LottaNZB doesn't wait for SABnzbd to shut down entirely. This causes LottaNZB to vanish much quicker when it's shut down. Please report any bugs that may result from this change.
