Editing Images in Image Drawer inserts duplicate image

Bug Description
In IE7, the following sequence creates a duplicate image when it should modify the current image:
1. Upload a new image left aligned
2. Select the image and press the edit image icon (highlighted image icon in toolbar)
3. Change to right aligned and click "Replace"
The original left aligned image remains but a new right aligned image is also added. This doesn't seem to occur when you change the image size, only the alignment. I was unable to recreate the same problem in Firefox.
