Bug Description

Upon installation of Lucid (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS) to my new Dell E6410, the trackpad/pointing device combo is only recognized as a Macintosh mouse & generic PS/2 mouse combo. I would think that this would be a synaptics touchpad.

Here is the hardware output...

$ hwinfo --mouse
