Thunderbird addon is not compatible with Thunderbird 3.x

Thunderbird 3.0 has been released last year and added a lot of needed features like the improved search functionnality.
Unfortunately, the thunderbird plugin doesn't work with the 3.x branch.

The plugin can connect to openerp-server 5.x, but that's it. The form is no working properly and it makes the plugin totally useless.

Also, it would be nice if this could be packaged like a normal addon (already unzipped).

Dont know if this helps, but addon for Thunderbird in trunk, vers 6 does work in thunderbird 3

That plugin installs on Thunderbird 3.1 but it doesn't work properly. It can only log in, the form doesn't work.

I had tested openerp-thunderbird-plugin in thunderbird 3.1.2 . it seem working fine.
so I close this bug,
you can re-open if still problem.

It may be working with 6.0 which has not been released yet, but my original request was regarding 5.x which most people are using in production.
Has this been fixed for 5.x then?
