Problem occurs 100%. Tried several brands of media. My burner is Buffalo BRHC-6316U2.
I can burn a BD-RE successfully. The file size doesn't matter.

I have a patch, where do it send it for review?

Confirm same issue. Using grwoisofs via K3B gui, consistently get to 99% complete state (log shows 99.99% in many cases) and then encode fails with input/output error returned from growisofs. Using BD-R single layer disc, multiple brands as stated above.

It is meanwhile tested by three people and seems to close two of
Fedora's bug reports.
