Using the search box on the official documentation page https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/index.html always returns a blank page

Ubuntu 10.04, Firefox 3.6.6

The search works fine for me. Which browser are you using? Can you provide a screenshot?

I'm using Firefox 3.6.8 (Firefox for Ubuntu 1.0) - I did a clean install of 10.04 so it's the release that is included, with all updates since the install in April.

Screenshots - I've chosen to search for "install software" as I know that's included!

OK, take me away and lock me up - I just tried safe mode and it's OK, so it's obviously one of my extensions.

Ok, I'll close the bug for now. Feel free to reopen it if you believe the problem is caused by the site and if you have any clues about which extension is the issue and what the cause is.
