Bug Description
When building a rootstock image using the command line:
rootstock --keepimage -l ubuntu -p ubuntu -f ubuntu --seed=lxde --serial=ttyS2
...the script fails to create /etc/init/
This is with Ubuntu 10.04 and rootstock 0.1.99.3
