Bug Description

My files are not syncing.

I have tried reinstalling completely as per the FAQ's (https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+faq/778) but still nothing. Furthermore, as part of the re-install I would expect a new Ubuntu One directory to be created in ~/,but it has not. Any ideas how I can rectify the situation?

John,
Sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working as expected. If you would like to help us further debug the issue that would greatly be appreciated. We would need the client logs to start analyzing the problem. Please attach the logs to this bug report using the 'Add Attachment or Patch' button at the bottom of the page. Just zip your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here. You can zip the folder by right-clicking on it and selecting compress.

thank you,

Hi duanedesign,

John filed the bug on my behalf from a launchpad question (https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+question/116253)

I have just tried connecting (using Ubuntu One... from the me menu) and it appears to now be syncing files! Maybe an update has come in since then, or rebooting a few times!

I've marked the bug as invalid.
