Change Indicator Applet Spacing between Icons

Bug Description

Because some apps open in Indicator Applet and some in Notification Area Applet, the spacing between icons in the "system tray" is inconsistent.

I suggest reducing the space between icons in Indicator Applet to match that of Notification Area (or be customizable) for several reasons:
- The said spacing inconsistency bothers some people (like me, for example);
- People with non-widescreen monitors and screens run out of space on the panel too quickly (potentially--I've heard some complaints); and
- Ubuntu has more sway over Indicator Applet, and it will be quicker to change it there and match the notification area spacing rather than the other way around.
