move distribution specified files to other git branch to get common codes in master branch

Bug Description
Currently, lazyscripts has a debian/ directory for Debian package building in mater branch, but now we want to support more distribution but Ubuntu and Debian, and another distribtuion has its own package system, so we need to split.
Here is a example of git branchs list after done this task
