Bug Description
When inserting an image you have to doubleclick or mark the picture and press save.
unfortunately, every second customer doesn't realize that it works that way. Worst thing
is, that the doubleclick doesn't seem to work in every version of IE (New ones!).
So we should add a new icon besides the others to directly insert the image by pressing it.
