cannot create a new folder/ link/ separator on the quick link bar (above the tabs and below the address line)

trying to add a link (bookmark) either by adding or by using context menu on the bookmarks (quick links) bar is not working. Dragging the tab or the address has no effect and using the context menu opens a windows (well it is actually more of only the window headline until you double click it) with details you may insert, trying to insert the details and applying changes has no effect as well.

This is the same for new folders and separators.

This is happening to me due to a very recent update (done today) - before that i did not encounter the problem- and this is a feature i use frequently.

Thank you for your bug report. You need to restart the browser after the upgrade though
