Documentation package is missing html sides

Bug Description

libgts-doc package seems to miss a bunch of html sides. It only contains the sides according to the first level of the table of contents (compared to the gts reference http://gts.sourceforge.net/reference/book1.html ), the actual description of the function and classes is completely missing.

Hi,

The source that we have right now in Ubuntu does not generate any other html documentation: only the first level is provided by upstream.
This means that this bug report won't be fixed until we get a newer version from Debian.

Still present in Oneiric at this point - so looks like there may be a problem with the build options used to build the package.
