Bug Description
SUMMARY
Exceptions are not raised within all on*Recevied-calls. I suspect this is due to those methods being called from a different thread or something similar. If you place the faulty code within a method called directly from UI-interaction, an exception is raised.

Turns out to be a groovy feature: Exceptions are not thrown unless there is a try/catch block.
