It is reproducible. When I open FPD file from Firefox, or Firefox via Thunderbird it opens as expected, but when I try to save it in a subfolder, some folders are not displayed. It appears to be confined to USB hard drives, but not flash drives.

I often receive links to PDF files and this bug did not happen until the latest update of evince. One USB hard drive in question is formatted as NTFS, the other as FAT32. The flash drives which are working are formatted as FAT32.
