Installing Docky in one user account installs it and autostarts it for *all users*

Bug Description
I installed Docky on my parents computer and I'm using it instead of the bottom gnome panel.
But when my parents logged into their accounts, they had Docky auto-start. It obscured their view of the panel and quite unexpected. They didn't know what to do with it, what it was or why it was there.
Expected behaviour: Only have docky auto-start for users that have chosen this behaviour.
