feature request: extensible imagehost/upload tools

-cluster/combine all feature requests for specific image host tools
-develop a more extensible imagehost/ftp/etc upload toolset to include:
  -popular specific imagehosts
  -template/wizard for adding new imagehost sites
  -multiple ftp accounts
  -scripted commands
 Part of what makes Shutter so appealing is it's ability to trivially snag a screenshot and simultaneously place it in numerous share/storage solutions. Therefore this inherent appeal would benefit significantly from superior upload tools.

And please dont forget to include sftp upload. My ISP only provides secure connections, as it should be in general...

That should already be provided by the 'Places' tab (you need to connect to
your server first).

Most of the tasks are done, please open a (single) new bug for every specific feature that might be missing.
